| Event Description | A General Waste Discharge Requirements Permit is being considered for Projects under the Voluntary Habitat Restoration Program administered by the Alameda County Resource Conservation District in Alameda County. This General Order would allow wildlife and habitat restoration for certain agricultural activities that are exempt under CWA Section 404(f). Dischargers must be a participant in the Alameda RCD’s Voluntary Habitat Restoration Program to be eligible for coverage under this GWDR. This will be a key agenda item at the meeting. |
