Event DescriptionRaise a glass with friends old and new during an inspiring afternoon among the ever changing gardens of the Filoli Estate. This year two extraordinary California treasures will be honored, Malcolm Margolin and David Loeb. Together they founded Bay Nature magazine in January 2001. Since, David has served as editor and then publisher of Bay Nature magazine and executive director of the nonprofit Bay Nature Institute. Malcolm is the founder of the nonprofit publisher and cultural institution Heyday Books and is the author of eight books, including The Ohlone Way: Indian Life in the San Francisco-Monterey Bay Area. In honor of Malcolm and David, we are pleased to be making a gift to Latino Outdoors, an organization that connects and supports Latino leadership in the conservation community. Registration and tickets required.
